What Is the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) for Foreign Visitors?

The Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) is an electronic system established by the Malaysian government to simplify the immigration process for incoming travellers. This digital platform replaces the traditional paper arrival cards that were previously required upon entry into Malaysia.

With the MDAC, foreign visitors can fill out their arrival cards online before their trip. Travelers can input essential details such as personal information, purpose of visit, length of stay, accommodation information, and other relevant data. This pre-completed information helps ensure a quicker and more efficient immigration process upon arrival, as the details are readily accessible to immigration officials.

It is advisable for all travellers to complete their arrival card before boarding their flight to avoid delays at the checkpoint. By doing so, you can bypass long lines and enjoy a smoother entry into the country.
